With more than 4 decades of manufacturing experience, Mah Sing has grown to become one of the largest high-tech plastics product manufacturers in Southeast Asia, with manufacturing plants in both Malaysia and Indonesia. We have been exporting to more than 50 countries to cater for different industries: Healthcare, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Electronics & Electrical, F&B, Petrochemical, and others. Some of our globally well-known MNC’s customers are Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Dyson, Samsung, Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Unilever and more.

Apart from having a significant footprint in plastic manufacturing, Mah Sing is also one of the top & reputable property developers in Malaysia. As of today, Mah Sing has completed 51 projects comprising of both residential & commercial real estate. The group is listed on Bursa Malaysia with RM6.7 billion asset size and is ranked amongst the top 25% on FTSE4GOOD Sustainability Index.

From plastics manufacturing to property development and now riding on the expertise of high-quality manufacturing technologies, Mah Sing Group embarked into the healthcare sector last year. We started with a humble beginning, and we are committed to produce superb quality gloves serving our business partners globally. Under phase 1 of its glove manufacturing business, Mah Sing Healthcare has built a future-orientated glove plant where comprehensive ESG meets strict SOPs to produce high-quality gloves. Our manufacturing plant situated in Kapar, Klang has 12 lines of high-speed and highly automated glove dipping machines which will be generating an annual capacity of 3.68 billion pieces.

The company has obtained various global certifications including the US FDA Establishment Licenses; FDA510(k), Conformitè Europëenne (CE) Mark; EN ISO 13485:2016; ASTM 6319, and EN 455. Our gloves have gotten chemo drug tested in Sep 2021 & we have received both MDR & PPE certification.

Mah Sing Healthcare plans to expand its production capacity beyond Phase 1 gradually from 12 lines to 60 lines, which will be contributing a total capacity of 18.4 billion pieces of gloves per annum once completed. We also plan to venture into other healthcare-related products, in line with its intention to separately list its manufacturing/healthcare businesses on the Hong Kong Exchange within the next couple of years. We do carry a range of nitrile gloves, ranging from 2.7g-6.5g, which are suitable for medical, food and industrial market. Apart from gloves, we are planning to add in more products into our product portfolio in the near future.
